These Waitlist Terms supplement the Cutlas Terms of Service and apply to anyone who joins the Cutlas waitlist through our website before the app launches. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Waitlist Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
Signing up for the waitlist creates a real Cutlas account (email and password), governed by the Terms of Service from the moment it is created. It is the same account you will use to log into the Cutlas app when it launches — no second signup is required. The eligibility requirements of the Terms of Service, including the requirement that you be at least 18 years of age, apply to waitlist signups.
Cutlas is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to any service, and no launch date, feature set, geographic coverage, or pricing is guaranteed. Cutlas may change, delay, or cancel its launch plans at any time without liability to waitlist members.
Launch announcement: when Cutlas launches, we will send every waitlist member a single, one-time launch announcement email containing the app download link. This is a service message — the message you joined the waitlist to receive — and is sent regardless of newsletter preference.
Newsletters and updates: recurring updates and newsletter emails are sent only if you checked the separate, optional marketing checkbox at signup. Every such email includes a working unsubscribe link. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via that link or by emailing cutlased@gmail.com.
The data we collect at waitlist signup, and how we use it, is described in the Privacy Policy (see "Waitlist Information"). You may delete your waitlist account, or request its deletion, at any time before or after launch by emailing cutlased@gmail.com. Deletion removes your account and your waitlist entry.
