You can permanently delete your Cutlas account and all associated data at any time.
OPTION 1 — IN THE APP (INSTANT)
Open Cutlas and sign in.
Go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account, confirm, and enter your password.
OPTION 2 — BY EMAIL
Email cutlased@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We complete emailed requests within 30 days.
WHAT GETS DELETED
Your account and login credentials.
Your profile (name, phone, verification status).
If you are a barber: your listing, portfolio photos, and reviews received; any active subscription is canceled immediately.
If you are a customer: your reviews, bookings, and saved barbers.
WHAT WE RETAIN
Payment records required for tax and fraud-prevention purposes are retained by our payment processor (Stripe) per their retention policy. We do not retain your profile data after deletion.
